Return and Refund Policy

What is your return policy?
At momsupdate.com, we do our best to satisfy our customers. If there is a problem, we are happy to refund or replace any new and unused products within 30 days from the date of your purchase, without asking any questions, no special questions. We only require the product to be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging, and with all hands attached.
How to exchange goods?
If the goods you received are not suitable for you, and you want to change them to a different product or color, you can create a return/claim request from the above link and return the original product by following the steps above. Please attach the product name/link of the order you want to replace. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping and restocking charges may also apply.

I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item with the wrong color. What should i do?
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong item, wrong color***, or if something is missing, you must contact us via the link above within 3 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise we will not be able to track the error and replace the order. Please include a description of the problem and your preferred solution. If applicable, we will process the replacement/credit and provide simple instructions for your return.

***Please note that compared to real life, each individual screen resolution setting may result in a different view of the online package. Compared with the photos seen on the Internet and the bag in real life, this may cause the color of the bag to appear different. Please note that due to this policy, your return request for color discrepancies will be rejected.

The courier lost/delayed my package! What should i do?
We are deeply sorry to learn that your shipment may have problems with express delivery! momsupdate is not responsible for errors caused by the shipping courier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We can still help you! Please file a claim so that we can track the problem of the courier. In many cases, the courier will be able to find the lost package and reschedule the delivery. momsupdate is responsible for purchasing the service you choose from the courier company, but the courier company does not guarantee the delivery time (including expedited air transportation). If there is any delay, they will not refund or compensate the cost.
